Specialist Course 2008

Tough course on the whole.



Day1:

Went to Amoy Quee Camp then to SISPEC and Pasir Laba Camp. Chao enthu for the most of the chionged everything but this bastard from what school kept competing with me for GSK preparation. Basically sirs were impressed by my knowledge. Did not get selected for IC. It was only the first day but i already felt like giving up. A sense of despair was bugging me all over at night. Pressure mounted.



Day2:

Chao enthu again. Led company in cheer and pledge. Company OC and Company 2IC favoured me very much during the presentations. Sirs happy with my performance. Picked as platoon IC.
Battery of tests for army-ncc badge. Stripped rifle fastest.

Day3:
Another day of tests.

Day4:
Results out. Interview was gay. Terribly scary. Sirs bearing down on you. Cried in the 3rd round. Sirs tore my cert.

Survived everything and ended up as company best and gsk best.

Captain Quek presented my rank and certs to me. Turns out the one they tore was an extra.
Relieved and happy as i went on stage.
